Covington Oaks has washer and dryer hook-ups in all units for full-size washers and dryers. We also have washer and dryer sets for rent at $50 per month.

There is a professional maintenance team on-site during business hours to assist. They are also available 24/7 for emergency situations.

Covington Oaks does not offer reserved parking. There is surface parking throughout the community that is first-come, first-serve for any of the lined parking spaces. There are also some units with attached private garages.

Covington Oaks is located within the Bowling Green City School District. Schools include Bowling Green High School and T.C. Cherry Elementary School.
