these guys!

Meet our maintenance team: Teo, Dennis and David. These experienced and skillful guys are here everyday making sure our homes are in working order—fixing leaky faucets, repairing AC in the middle of the night—as well as a multitude of other types of maintenance tasks. Rest assured that this crew is willing to help residents with just about anything and are proving that on a daily basis.

David Smith

David Smith is the Maintenance Supervisor for Olde Towne and Covington Oaks Apartments. David started with us in 2015 and has been our "go-to-guy" ever since! He has 28 years of experience including a universal EPA certification.

David's first concert was Ronnie Milsap, and he says the most important thing David has learned over the last five years has been that life is short and to never settle! One of David’s favorite part about working here at OT and CO is meeting YOUR furry friends in the process—he’s a softie no matter what he tells ya! He knows a heck of a lot about a heck of a lot and he is ALWAYS there when you need him!

Dennis Curtis

Dennis Curtis is a Maintenance Technician for Olde Towne and Covington Oaks Apartments. Dennis has over 20 years of experience in maintenance, plus a vast knowledge in HVAC systems.

If Dennis had to eat the same meal every day for the rest of his life, it would be steak and potatoes—hands down.  Some of his favorite things in life are fishing on Dauphin Island, AL and his adorable, spirited pup, Cookie, an Australian Shepherd.  Dennis is a man of few words, but man, when he talks, you better listen up to soak in those nuggets of wisdom. He’s our “yes man” and our own in-house crackerjack; we wouldn’t be a team without him.

Teo Puente

Teo Puente is a Maintenance Technician for Olde Towne and Covington Oaks Apartments. He brings over seven years of apartment maintenance experience to us. Teo's favorite part of working for OT and CO is having time for his family, the flexibility and all the friendly people!

If Teo could have met anyone in the world, he wishes he could have met his grandfather because unfortunately he never knew him. And, if he could switch lives with ANY cartoon character he would be an “Incredible.”  Well, WE think you’re pretty incredible, yourself, Teo! You can’t miss his big smile walking around—he’s always ready to help with whatever task you need assistance.
